terms
- All charges are + VAT;
- All out-of-hours, i.e evenings and weekends, bookings will be subject to a fee of £25 per hour + VAT to cover staff time, lighting, heating, etc.
- Out-of-hours charges commence from 5.00pm on weekday when doors are locked;
- Exhibition spaces for companies’ representatives are also subject to a charge or donation;
- Use of manual handling equipment in the practical room will be subject to a charge;
- For Lecture Theatre usage for ‘Live link with Operating Theatres session’ or videoconferencing, price on application.
