No booking will be confirmed until a confirmation email is received with either an internal budget code or for external bookings an invoice address.

Please note if there is not a menu or selection that suits your specific requirements please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements and we will try to meet your needs.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for the provision of beverages and 7 clear working days for the provision of food.

The Centre has a cancellation policy for all refreshment bookings in the Centre. For refreshment bookings which are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event a 50% charge will be levied for the food element of the booking. The cancellation of refreshment requests involving food with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at full rate.

Please note out of hours provision of food i.e. after 6pm Mon – Fri and at weekends will incur a service charge of 12.5%.

All catering bookings will incur an additional cost for VAT at the prevailing rate.
